About Us

Aman Securities is a public shareholding company that provides brokerage services in stock-trading activities at Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), as well as financial consulting services.

Aman was established in 2004 as a "limited liability" company with a paid up capital of JD530, 000 (USD747, 500). Within a year, Aman ranked second in terms of trading volume, and has earned a net profit of JD10.5 million. In 2005, remarkable growth indicators prompted the board of directors to transform Aman into a public shareholding company and to increase its paid up capital to JD30 million. In 2005, Aman decided to expand its operations by acquiring Osool Securities, thus, increasing its paid up capital to reach JD41.5 million (USD58.3 million).In 2009, the company decreased its capital and now its reached JOD 31 million.

Because Aman’s success comes from its client’s success and recognition, employees at Aman are constantly trained and reminded of the importance of meeting their customers’ requests in a timely manner. Aman also employs a state of the art technology and back office systems to serve their wide range of customer base (individuals, institutions, and funds) and to ensure safety and accuracy of their stock trading activities.

Position in ASE Market

In the year 2008, the company's trading volume reached JD 2,391 million, which is equal to 5.9% of the total trading volume in the ASE. Today, Aman is the second biggest brokerage firm in terms of trading volume in Jordan.
